Norah is an associate in the commercial practice team and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Honors from King Saud University.

As a Saudi-qualified lawyer, Norah has built a strong foundation in the legal field through her experience at a magic-circle law firm, where she developed expertise in corporate law, capital markets, global transactions, construction, and dispute resolution.

Norah advises clients on complex international disputes and works alongside various practice groups to provide specialized construction and commercial advice on high-value, intricate projects throughout the Middle East.

Norah has also provided guidance on global investigations related to fraud, financial crime, bribery, corruption, and asset tracing across multiple jurisdictions.
